ICC Case Connect and the latest developments in sanction cases

These were the topics of our latest seminar on arbitration practice which took place yesterday in Zurich.

A very warm thank you to Greg Lourie, Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration who introduced the topics as well as Stefanie Pfisterer and Alexandra Johnson for their moderation. They asked many pertinent questions to enlighten our arbitrators in the room and online.

The seminar was followed by drinks at the restaurant Bohemia. It was the opportunity to thank Urs Weber-Stecher for his 10 years as President of the ICC Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR and to meet his successor Simon Gabriel.
