Swiss Arbitration Nomination Committee
ICC Switzerland may be requested by the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court) or the ICC International Centre of ADR (ICC Centre) to propose Swiss nationals with the required qualifications to serve in each case. ICC CH may also propose non-nationals residing in Switzerland.
This process is administrated by the Swiss Arbitration Nomination Committee, which interacts with the secretariat of the Court to enhance the appointment process.
